RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS ON NON-SALE ITEMS
FrontSide will exchange or refund goods received at FrontSide HQ within 30 days of the date the order was placed (noted at the top of invoice). All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition along with and a copy of your invoice. Please indicate on the back of a copy of your invoice the reason of your return and if you would like to exchange the item, or prefer a store credit or refund to your credit card. When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will be returned to your FrontSide account first, and the remaining balance refunded to your card.

Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of FrontSide, or in the case that an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. FrontSide will not refund international duties and taxes.

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS
Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit if received within 15 days of the date the order was placed (noted at the top of the invoice).
ORDER CANCELLATION
FrontSide is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
FrontSide is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of the sale's start date.
Sale price adjustments will be credited to your FrontSide account in the form of a store credit.
Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. FrontSide customer service will contact you within 3 business days of your purchase in case of any inventory discrepancy or order fulfillment problems. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Currently, all orders are shipped and tracked via Canada Post.
Any duties or customer imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. All orders are priced and charged in Canadian dollars.
Gift-registries may be arranged for shipment in groups, rather than item-by-item, if requested by the registrant.
FrontSide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays caused by weather or carrier errors. Payments are not posted until the order is shipped.
Please note that orders are not cancellable once shipped.
